The reMusik.org Festival is a point of intersection where the diverse world views of contemporary composers meet at a crossroads of musical paths that have emerged in the past few years. The festival offers various musical concepts that facilitate the learning and understanding of a new, unique musical language of numerous dialects created by late 20th century and 21st century composers. Apart from music compositions of the participating students and professors, the festival program includes masterworks of other famous authors around the world. All works performed during the festival are world and Russian premieres.

reMusik.org projects are held under the auspices of the Government of St. Petersburg, the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg, the Swiss Council for Culture Pro Helvetia, the Embassy of Switzerland in Russia, the Consulate General of Switzerland in St. Petersburg, the French Institute in St. Petersburg, the Consulate General of Germany in Petersburg, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Belgium in St. Petersburg and the Polish Institute in St. Petersburg.
