Composers of any age, gender, and nationality are invited to submit a new or previously composed work not to exceed 10 minutes in length. The work may be a movement or excerpt of a larger work and it may have previously been performed. EMERGE will accept up to 10 composers and provide detailed insight of their works through detailed workshopping and performing.

Each session and performance will be separated by composer and sent to each participant for their own personal use (i.e. Website exposure, SoundCloud, similar-free platforms). Commercial sale of the work performed at the workshop by The Julius Quartet is excluded.
