From May 23 to June 8, 2024, the annual major forum of new music under the direction of the artistic director Mehdi Hosseini will take place in Russia. The two-week festival will present to the public more than 60 events that will take place at the best music venues in St. Petersburg.
This edition teaching team will be composed by: Olga Bochikhina, Jérôme Combier, Natacha Diels, Fernando Garnero, Emilio Guim, Jean-Luc Hervé, Dmitri Kourliandski, Hèctor Parra and Deqing Wen.
Five composers and six performers under 30 from around the world will be selected for a programme of residency, research and production of new creations and performances that will premiere as part of the 68th International Festival of Contemporary Music of La Biennale di Venezia.

In the upcoming edition the festival is honored to host Philippe Leroux and Sarah Nemtsov. They will lead together the CEME composition course, with 24 students from all over the world.
The Academy in Tchaikovsky-city will be held from August 30th to September 13th, 2023 in Tchaikovsky-city. The Academy will host concerts, lectures, meetings, master classes and presentations.
The two-week festival will present more than 50 different events to the public, with concerts taking place at some of St. Petersburg’s finest music venues.
The International Chamber Opera Composition Competition will be held by the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music’s Hangzhou Contemporary Music Festival.
The second edition will be held in Kaunas from November 6th to 19th, 2022. The Baltic Music Days was launched in 2021 by the Baltic Contemporary Music Network.
Sound Plasma is a festival dedicated to promote a different view towards intonation. The 6th edition of the festival experiments with new intonation ideas with a flavour of electroacoustic music.
